Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job training on employee performance partially. The effect of the work environment on employee performance partially. And to know the effect of job training and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. The independent variables in this study are job training and work environment. As for the dependent variable is employee performance. The data collection method used a questionnaire and was analyzed using the SPSS 25 application. The number of samples in this study were 58 employees at PT. Bromo Steel Indonesia Pasuruan. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data obtained from a study in the form of numbers. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test. The results of this study show that job training has a significant effect on employee performance partially, work environment has an effect partially significant to employee performance, job training and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employees at PT. Bromo Steel Indonesia Pasuruan. Thus it can be concluded that to improve employee performance companies must pay attention to job training and work environment.
