Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regency. The population in this study consisted of 130 people who worked at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency, with a sample of 98 people and using the Slovin formula, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the description ofthis research description state that the independent variable Work Environment has the highest average (mean) score on all indicators of the other independent variables with more strongly agree answers. Thus, Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency is very good. The research results show that Leadership Style and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at Perumda TirtaKanjuruhan Malang Regency. Partially, Leadership Style has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency, and the Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency.
