Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in an organization, and are a very valuable organizational asset. It is said to be very valuable because human resources are the determining factor for the success of an organization. So it isnot surprising that many companies are trying to improve the quality of Human Resources. This can certainly be achieved if supported by a good work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Compensation on Employee Performance. The research method used is quantitative using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, work environment, and compensation together have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Leadership Style, Work Environment and Compensation, each has an effect on employee performance.
