Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership styles, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on the performance of the employees of the Malang Regency Industry and Trade Office. The approach used in this study is quantitative by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) to 55 respondents, sampling techniques used are total sampling techniques, data analysis techniques using the SPSS software program. The results of this study indicate that the style of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at the Malang Regency Industry and Trade Office. Transformational leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational culture partially have a significant influence on employee performance in the Department of Industry and Trade in Malang Regency.
