Abstract

This research concerns the analysis of the influence of the recruitment process,employee selection, and the effect of training on employee performance at PT. CakraGuna Cipta (Studies at PT. Cakra Guna Cipta in 2022). This research was conductedusing a questionnaire method on employees of PT. Chakra Guna Cipta Malang. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment process, employeeselection and the impact of training on employee performance at PT. Cakra Guna CiptaMalang partially, simultaneously and the more dominant variable influences theperformance of employees at PT. Chakra Guna Cipta. The results of this study indicate that recruitment process has a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance, employee selection has no positive andsignificant effect on employee performance and training has no effect on employeeperformance, meaning that the independent variables have no partial effect on employeeperformance but have an effect simultaneously. Recruitment variables have a dominanteffect on employee performance
