Abstract
n the current era of globalization, humans carry out various activities and their needs require transportation. New developments or breakthroughs are needed,especially in the field of transportation services to organize all activities or to fulfill humanneeds. The company sees this as a sizable opportunity considering the need fortransportation will certainly continue to be used in various conditions to fulfill daily humanactivities. Therefore, online transportation was created by a service provider companythat is able to help carry out activities and fulfill human needs efficiently. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, flexible working arrangements, and punishment on the performance of ShopeeFood drivers in PasuruanRegency. By using Simple Random Sampling as many as 125 respondents, and usinginterviews, questionnaires, observation, and literature research methods. For dataanalysis techniques in this study using the validity test, reliability test, classic assumptiontest, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and dominant test using SPPS ForWindows version 16.0 Based on the results of the study, it shows that compensation, flexible working arrangements, and punishment simultaneously have a significant effect on theperformance of ShopeeFood drivers in Pasuruan Regency with a value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 while partially compensated get a value of Sig. 0.061 > 0.05 which means thatcompensation has no significant effect on the performance of ShopeeFood drivers,flexible working arrangement Sig. 0.000 > 0.05 which means that the flexible workingarrangement has a significant influence on the performance of the ShopeeFood driverand the punishment Sig. 0.000 <0.05 which means that punishment has a significanteffect on the performance of ShopeeFood drivers. As well as from the compensationvariable, flexible working arrangement, and punishment the most dominant is thepunishment variable on driver performance
