Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and leadership on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade, Malang Regency. The number of samples used as many as 43 employees using a saturated sample technique (census), data collection techniques using a questionnaire via google form, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the F test show that work motivation and leadership variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the dominant variable on employee performance variables, namely leadership.
