Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, and product innovation on the repurchase intention of Xiaomi products in the Sumberpucung District, Malang Regency. The research method employed was a survey using a questionnaire asthe data collection instrument. The respondents involved in this study were residents of the Sumberpucung District who had previously used Xiaomi products. Data analysis techniques included Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, ttestandF test, and Determination Coefficient. Data processing in this study was conducted using SPSS software (version 26.00). The results of the study indicate that product quality, service quality, and product innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on the repurchase intention of Xiaomi products among residents of the Sumberpucung District. Product quality has a partial effect on repurchase intention. Service quality also partially influences repurchase intention. Product innovation similarly has a partial effect onrepurchase intention. The product quality variable is identified as the most dominant factor affecting the repurchase intention of Xiaomi products in the Sumberpucung District.
