Abstract

The development of the Internet has made electronic commerce oneof the most effective and efficient methods. E-commerce also provides marketers, operations managers, and retailers with new opportunities to transfer their business from an ordinary traditional store to an online store. Customers can simply sit in their homes, place orders, pay via credit card, and wait for the goods to be delivered to their homes. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of COD (Cash on Delivery), Promotion and Price on Shopee Marketplace Purchase Interest. This study uses quantitative data. The population of this study are Shopee users and by examining 102 respondents' samples. Data were collected by questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
The results of this study show that COD (Cash on Delivery) has a significant effect on Buying Interest in the Shopee marketplace. Promotion shave a significant effect on Shopee marketplace buying interest. Price has a significant effect on Shopee marketplace buying interest. COD (Cash on Delivery), Promotions, and Prices have a significant effect on Buying Interest in the Shopee marketplace. Promotion is the variable that has the most dominant influence on Buying Interest.
