Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Job Stress, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction have on Turnover Intention at Bank Bri Malang Martadinata Branch Office. The condition of the agency or company against the increase in Turnover Intention is influenced by factors of Job Stress, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction. The identification of the problem under study is to determine how much the Effect of Job Stress, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction Affects Employee Turnover Intention at Bank Bri Malang Martadinata Branch Office. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method, with sampling technique using saturated sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test. The results of the discussion show that together Job Stress, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention. Personally, Job Stress has a significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention and Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction have no significant effect on Turnover Intention at Bank Bri Malang Martadinata Branch Office.
