Abstract

Every company needs a leader with an appropriate leadership style. Transformational leadership style tends to encourage employees to perform more optimally because it is able to direct employees to prioritize collective goals and motivate them to complete tasks well. Job training can also improve performance because it can help employees develop skills, so they can work more effectively and efficiently. Another aspect is job satisfaction which has an impact on employee motivation and commitment to the company, so as to encourage employees to work more productively. The purpose of the research is to find out how the effect of transformational leadership style, job training, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research was conducted using quantitative analysis method, namely with multiple linear regression analysis to understand the relationship and effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires filled out by 47 employees of PT. BFI Finance Tbk. Pandaan Branch with reference to Likert scale. The results showed that transformational leadership style, job training, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These three variables should be considered by management to be maximized in an attempt to improve employee performance.
