Abstract

The company will not be separated from Human Resources. With the support of good resources and added work placement and compensation, the company can achieve optimal goals and performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of the influence of work placement and compensation on employee performance at the Indomaret outlet, Malang Regency. This study uses a quantitative study with the number of samples used as many as 42 employees consisting of 24 male employees and 18 female employees using a saturated sampling technique (census), and data collection techniques using a questionnaire created via google form. SPSS 16 using data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. employee/employee performance with a variable that has a stronger/dominant effect on employee/employee performance, namely the work placement variable.
