Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) and motivation on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Batu City. The number of samples used were 70 employees using
the saturated sample technique (census). The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression
analysis. The result of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variabel Quality of Work Life (QWL) and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with the dominant variable affecting employe
performance, namely the Quality of Work Life variable.
