Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze and determine the effect of financial compensation, work environment, and leadership style partially on employee loyalty. Then to analyze and determine the effect of financial compensation, work environment, and leadership style simultaneously on employee loyalty. And to find out which variables have the most dominant influence on employee loyalty. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study as many as 96 people were taken using simple random sampling technique from a total population of 126 people. The independent variables in this study were
financial compensation, work environment, and leadership style. While the dependent variable in this study is employee loyalty. So to find out the effect of financial compensation, work environment, and leadership style on employee loyalty, it is calculated using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study prove that the coefficient of determination of the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 18.9% while the remaining 81.1%
is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. Simultaneous test results (F test) show that there is a jointly significant influence between financial compensation, work environment, and leadership style on employee loyalty. While partially (t test), the financial compensation variable has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Then the work environment variables and leadership style variables do not have a significant effect on employee loyalty.
