Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation and work ethic on employee performance at the Sukun District Office in Malang City. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 34 employees. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. In this study, data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the work environment, motivation and work ethic simultaneously affect employee performance. Partially, it shows that work environment variables have no significant effect on employee performance, while motivation and work ethic variables have a significant effect on employee performance.
