Abstract

This study has a purpose to analyze the effect of Ability and Skills, Work Ethic and Work Environment on the Performance of Disnaker Employees - PMPTSP Malang City. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, the questionnaire is distributed directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 28. In this study, the sample used was 50 people. The results of the data analysis show that the variables of ability and skill, work ethic and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Partially, Ability and Skills, Work Environment does not
have a significant effect, but Work Ethic has a positive and significant impact on the Performance of Disnaker Employees - PMPTSP Malang City.
