Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the work environment, level of motivation, and leadership style on employee performance, to analyze the effect of work environment on employee performance, to analyze the effect of motivation level on employee performance at Lab coffee & eatery in Malang city. This research uses a quantitative approach by describing the numbers from data processing. Data processing is done using the classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, simultaneous test, partial test, and determination coefficient test. The number of samples used in this study used 65 respondents, namely Lab coffee & eatery employees in Malang. Simultaneous and partial test results show that the work environment, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.
