Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and leadership style on employee performance at Kanvil Dau cafes and restaurants. This study uses a quantitative research type with the independent variables Job Satisfaction and Leadership Style and the dependent variable Employee Performance. Data collection techniques are carried out using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees of Cafe and Restaurant Kanvil Dau, totaling 60 people and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling because all members of the population were used as samples in this study which used a total of 60 employees of Cafe and restaurants Kanvil Dau and the analytical tools used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the regression test show that the variables of job satisfaction and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the adjusted R square value in the regression model is 0.855, which means 85 percent of employee performance variables.
