Abstract

Company or organization will not be separated from human resources. With
the support of good resources and added leadership that the company can achieve
optimal goals and performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the
influence of organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and leadership on
employee performance in Gondang outbound educational tourism (WEGO). This
study uses quantitative studies and respondents in this study amounted to 35
respondents. This study uses data collection techniques documentation and
questionnaires. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS 16 with
multiple linear analysis data analysis techniques, T test and F test and have passed
various descriptive analysis tests, validity tests, reliability tests and classical
assumption tests. Based on the results of research that has been done on the
effect of Organizational and leadership on employee performance in educational
tourism Gondang outbound (WEGO) the results show that Organizational
Citizenship Behavior (X1) has no significant effect on employee performance in
educational tourism Gondang outbound (WEGO), and leadership (X2) has a
significant influence on employee performance in educational tourism Gondang
outbound (WEGO)
