Abstract

The aims of this study are 1) To analyze the effect of recruitment and selection on the performance of employees of PT. Victory International Futures Malang, 2) To analyze the Effect of Recruitment on Employee Performance at PT. Victory International Futures Malang, 3) To analyze the effect of selection on employee performance at PT. Victory International Futures Malang. The number of research samples was 52 respondents. The analysis technique used is the Quantitative Descriptive Analysis Technique with the help of a computer system (SPSS version 16). Based on the results of the f test for the Recruitment and Selection variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. Victory International Futures Malang. This is evidenced by the results of the fcount test of 82,764 with a significant value of 0,000 < 0.05. Recruitment variable hypothesis has a significant effect on employee performance. This is shown from the results of the tcount > ttable test (6.310 > 0.273) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus the hypothesis is accepted which means there is a significant influence between recruitment on employee performance at PT. Victory International Futures Malang. Variavel Selection has a significant effect on employee performance. With the t test which produces tcount > ttable (2.169 > 0.273) with a significant level of 0.035 <0.05. Thus the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between selection on employee performance at PT. Victory International Futures Malang.
