Abstract

Music concerts will be held again in 2022, as a sign of the revival of the music world afterthe Covid-19 pandemic. CV iMagine Propertindo is a company that often holds musicconcerts in various big cities in Indonesia, especially in the city of Malang with a verypopular Guest Star, the name of the concert or event is Play Music Festival. The purposeof this research is to analyze the influence of Guest Star (Product), Price and Promotionon the Decision to Purchase Concert Tickets for the Play Music Festival CV ImaginePanggangndo concert. This research was conducted on people who had bought ticketsand then watched the Play Music Festival concert in Malang city on May 19 2023 whichwas held at Graha Cakrawala UM.Malang at 16.00 – 23.00 WIB. Probability Sampling is asampling technique used in this research. Probability sampling is a technique for drawingsamples randomly or you could say random. The data used in this research usesquantitative research methods. In this research, the Cluster Random Sampling techniquewas used. The results of the research show that concert ticket purchases are dominantlycarried out by women and also the 17 - 25 year old age group which is generation Z, so itcan be concluded that the independent variables Guess Star and Price partially have noeffect on the dependent variable Purchase Decision. The independent variable Promotionpartially influences the dependent variable. The decision to purchase tickets for the PlayMusic Festival concert in Malang city on 19 May 2023. Then Guest Star, Price andPromotion simultaneously influence the decision to purchase tickets for the Play MusicFestival concert in Malang city on 19 May 2023. Lastly, the Promotion variable is thevariable that has a dominant influence on Purchasing Decisions.
