Abstract

This research aims to determine partially and simultaneously the influence of JobTraining, Compensation and Career Development on Employee Performance. The dataused in this research is primary data obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 60PPNPN employees at the Malang Regency National Land Agency. Testing was carriedout using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS 25 Software. The researchresults showed that the training variable had a positive effect on employee performance.The compensation variable partially has a positive effect on employee performance.Partially, career development has a positive effect on employee performance.Simultaneously, the training, compensation and career development variables togetherhave a positive effect on employee performance.
