Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, communication and motivation on work stress at PT. Jasa Raharja East Java Branch. The population in this study consisted of 156 permanent employees who worked at PT. Jasa Raharja East Java Branch, with a sample of 61 and using the Slovin formula, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the description of this research description state that the independent variable communication has the highest average score (mean) on all indicators of the other independent variables with a mean value of 4.234. Thus PT. Raharja East Java Branch's services are very good. From the results of the F test in this study, it shows that simultaneously and partially Leadership, Communication and Motivation have a significant influence on the level of work stress of employees at PT. Jasa Raharja East Java Branch.
