Abstract
Employees are Human Resources who have an important role in determining the success or failure of a company. Thus, companies need employees who meet the criteria and requirements needed to do the work determined by the company. To achieve company goals, each employee will continue to increase performance productivity. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work facilities and job satisfaction on the performance of CV employees. Ghealsy Malang. The sampling technique included 60 respondents, and used questionnaires and observations. For data analysis in this research, validation tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests and dominant tests were used using SPSS For Windows Version 16.0. Based on the research results, it shows that the Work Environment, Work Facilities and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Cv employees. Ghealsy Malang, with a value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 while partially the Work Environment got Sig. 0.012 < 0.05, which means the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of Cv employees. Ghealsy Malang, For Sig Work Facilities. 0.024 < 0.05, which means that work facilities have a significant influence on the performance of CV employees. Ghealsy Malang and For Job Satisfaction Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 which also has a significant influence on the performance of CV employees. Ghealsy Malang.
