Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Location and Promotion Using Facebook as an Effort to Increase Buying Interest in Plots and Shophouses (Case Study on Consumers of Land Plots and Shophouses Products at Pt .Laris Abadi Indonesia Malang Regency. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive. The population in this study totaling 58 consumers who bought land.The data source used in this study were primary data and secondary data.In this research the data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires.The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that simultaneously the location variable and promotion has a significant effect on purchase intention, promotion has a significant effect on purchase intention
