Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Rewards and Punishment on employee performance at the Modjopanggung Tulungagung Sugar Factory. The population in this study consisted of 109 permanent employees who worked at the Modjopanggung Tulungagung Sugar Factory, with a sample of 86 and using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the description and description of this research state that the independent variable Punishment has the highest average score on all indicators of the other independent variables with an average value of 4.32. Thus the Modjopanggung Tulungagung Sugar Factory is very good. From the F test and T test in this research, its hows that simultaneously and partially, Reward and Punishment have a significant influence on employee performance at the Modjopanggung Tulungagung Sugar Factory.
