Abstract
The aims of this research are 1). To analyze the effect of promotion opportunitiesand working conditions on job satisfaction of East Flores Regent Office employees, 2).To analyze the effect of promotion opportunities on job satisfaction of East FloresRegent Office employees, 3). To analyze the influence of working conditions on jobsatisfaction of East Flores Regent Office employees. The number of samples in thisstudy were 68 respondents. The type of data used in this research is quantitative datawith the help of a computer system (SPSS version 16).The results of the analysis show that the variables of promotion opportunities andworking conditions simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on jobsatisfaction. This is evidenced by the results of the fcount test of 144,744 with asignificant value of 0.000 <0.05. The promotion opportunity variable has a positive andsignificant effect on job satisfaction. This is shown from the results of the tcount > ttable(5.457 > 0.239) test with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus the hypothesis isaccepted, which means that there is a positive and significant influence betweenpromotion opportunities on employee job satisfaction in the East Flores Regent's Office.The working conditions variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.With the t test which produces tcount > ttable (5.297 > 0.239) with a significant level of0.000 <0.05. Thus the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a positive andsignificant influence between working conditions on job satisfaction of employees of theEast Flores Regent's Office
