Abstract

Whether we realize it or not, in an organization, humans are essentially the mainfactor. Every living individual is definitely connected to an organization. Every individual'slife in society cannot be separated from the organization. An organization is a forum for agroup of people who work together in a systematic manner that is controlled and led toachieve common goals by utilizing the human resources that are members of it. The mainfactor in achieving organizational goals is having superior and competent humanresources. Achieving success in an organization cannot be separated from the function ofhuman resources itself.
It is hoped that this research will provide insight, especially knowledge about theinfluence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of MalangRegency DPRD employees and can be used as reference material for the same field ofresearch.
The data source used in this research is primary data or information obtaineddirectly from the Malang Regency DPRD secretariat using a survey. Data collection wasthrough questionnaires with respondents. The data collection technique for this researchuses primary data obtained from questionnaires through questions distributed to MalangRegency DPRD secretariat employees. Questionnaires are data collected directly fromrespondents or via electronic media such as email or delivery services such as postalmail.
Based on the partial test results between the Leadership Style variable onEmployee Performance, it shows that the leadership style variable does not have asignificant effect, reinforced by the results obtained by the t_count t_table value, which is1.327 - 2.012. Thus, the first hypothesis in this study was not proven and was rejected.while the Organizational Culture variable has a significant influence on employeeperformance. and also whereas Based on the testing it can be stated that the LeadershipStyle and Organizational Culture variables together (simultaneously) have a significanteffect on employee performance at the Malang Regency DPRD Secretariat.
