Abstract
This research is aimed at finding out and analyzing the influence of compensation andcommunication on employee performance at PT. SARI MELATI KENCANA, to gain adeeper understanding regarding the impact of compensation on employee workperformance at PT. SARI MELATI KENCANA, to find out and analyze the influence ofcommunication on the work performance of civil servants at PT. SARI MELATI KENCANA,as well as analyzing variables that have a dominant influence on employee performanceat PT. SARI MELATI KENCANA. This research uses quantitative research with descriptivemethods. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptiontests (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test), multiple linearregression analysis, and hypothesis testing (F test and partial test). This analysis wascarried out using the SPSS program to examine the relationships and effects betweenresearch variables. The total sample was 50 people who were employees of PT. SARIMELATI KENCANA. Data collection techniques involve direct observation and distributingquestionnaires to employees. The research results show that the influence ofcompensation provided by the company on employee work performance shows thatsatisfaction tends to be positive, resulting in employees who are professional in carryingout their work. Apart from that, communication has a significant influence on employeesatisfaction, both communication between employees and communication with superiors.Good communication makes employees more comfortable in carrying out their work andmotivates them to progress further, both for the employees themselves and in supportingthe company's progress. It can be concluded that the work performance of PT Sari MelatiKencana employees is influenced by employee compensation and communication. Theseresults indicate that satisfaction in communication and compensation increases employeeperformance so that this contributes to the company's progress.
