Abstract

Every company or organization in developing or running a business and business really needs the resources that a company needs, because it can run or get the desired income
target of a company. Human Resources or what we often refer to as labor or employees are actors to carry out the activities of the company. Human Resources also play an important role in carrying out work activities in a business or business to achieve the success of the revenue target in a company. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, work quality, and capability on the performance of Kryawan Hotel Slope Bromo. By using Simple Random Sampling as many as 50 respondents, and using interview research methods, questionnaires, observation, and literature study. For data analysis techniques in this study using the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f
test, and dominant test using SPPS For Windows version 16.0
Based on the results of the study, it shows that recruitment, work quality, and capabilities simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Slope Bromo Hotel employees with a value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 while partially Recruitment got a Sig. 0.000 >
0.05 which means Recruitment has a significant influence on the performance of
employees at the Slope Bromo Hotel Work Quality Sig. 0.474 >
0.05 which means that work quality has no significant effect on the performance of Slope
Bromo Hotel employees, and Sig Capability. 0.000 <0.05 which means that Capability has
a significant influence on the performance of Hotel Slope Bromo Employees. As well as
from the Recruitment variable, Work Quality, Capability which has the dominant influence
is the Capability variable on the performance of Hotel Slope Bromo Employees.
