Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the workenvironment, level of motivation, and leadership style on employeeperformance, to analyze the influence of the work environment on employeeperformance, to analyze the influence of motivation levels on employeeperformance, and to analyze the influence of leadership style on employeeperformance at PT. Idea Solusi Indonesia Malang Branch. This type ofresearch is quantitative in the form of primary data obtained throughquestionnaires filled out by PT employees. Idea Solusi Indonesia MalangBranch, and secondary data obtained from various library materials, in theform of journals, books, articles and theses obtained from internet mediarelated to research materials. Data collection used a simple random samplingmethod by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents.
