Abstract

In the current era of technological progress, technological developments have a crucial role in various aspects of human life, including in the health sector. Community Health Centers (PUSKESMAS) as first level health facilities strive to provide services that are efficient and easily accessible to the community. However, several areas, such as the Wolojita PUSKESMAS in Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, still face obstacles in providing integrated health information services. One of the money problems still being faced is the patient registration process which is still done manually. Therefore, a more efficient and modern solution is needed, namely by creating an online patient registration queue system in the form of a website. This research aims to design and implement a PUSKESMAS Patient Registration Information System via a website platform. System design using the Waterfall method, built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this research are an online patient queue system in the form of a website that can handle problems with manual patient registration, of course this will make it easier for officers and patients to register and manage queues
