Abstract
This research evaluates the effectiveness of using Instagram social media as a
promotional medium at Aldyan Store and Travel. In the digital era, Instagram has become a
strategic platform for marketing because of its visual and interactive features. Quantitative
research methods are used by collecting data through Aldyan Store and Travel customer surveys,
which measure effectiveness indicators such as the level of user engagement (likes, comments,
shares), increase in the number of followers, and the impact of promotions on purchasing
decisions. The research results show that Instagram is effective as a promotional medium. This
is evidenced by high user engagement on promotional posts as well as a significant increase in
the number of followers. Promotions via Instagram also have a positive influence on purchasing
decisions, with many respondents stating they were more interested in purchasing products or
services after seeing promotions on Instagram. In conclusion, Instagram is an effective
promotional media for Aldyan Store and Travel. It is recommended to continue utilizing
Instagram and optimizing its features to increase user engagement and attract more potential
customers
