Abstract
With advances in technology today, technology has influenced human thought patterns and their lives. In particular, it can make all their daily activities and work related to technology easier. Information technology has penetrated various sectors of life, one of which is the education sector. One of them is by creating online learning using a video conference (Zoom meeting)-based application. The aim of this research is to conduct an analysis of the application of online learning using a video conference (Zoom)-based application for afternoon class students at FTI Unmer Malang using quantitative research methods with the
Hot-FIT method approach. The population in this study was the 2019–2022 afternoon class students, totaling 45 people, and the sample in this study was 30 people using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection, instrument uses a Likert scale and is distributed in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this research show that the HOT-Fit method has four aspects: the technological aspect,
consisting of system quality variables, information quality, and service quality; the human aspect, consisting of system use and user satisfaction; and the organizational aspect, consisting of the organizational environment. The existing variables influence each other, namely, technological variables influence humans as end users and also influence the benefits obtained
