Abstract

In today's era, the development of technology that continues to move forward has had a significant impact on society and employees at the village government level. Digital transformation has opened the door for progress in various aspects of life, including in the management of village administration. In this case, village letter service is one of the most important aspects. Therefore, initiating the design of a village letter administration system is a very important step in an effort to improve the quality of letter services to the village community. The benefits of this research are expected to help simplify the correspondence service process at the village level. The mail administration system will also be an important tool in the village office to make mail services to the village community easier. In this research, the system development method used is the prototype method, which is a method for making a system more structured. This method also has the advantage of being able to interact between system builders and system users. The conclusion of the results of this study is that with this correspondence administration system, the letter administration process will be able to run more effectively and efficiently.
