Abstract

Technological advancements in Indonesia facilitate various activities, including event organizing. However, many service companies have not fully adopted technology, posing challenges in modern competition. Web-based
applications offer flexible and efficient access, making them suitable for event organizers like Headbang Group in Lumajang, which still uses manual methods. Designing the User Interface (UI) of the Headbang Group Event Organizer website in Lumajang using the User Centered Design (UCD) method to enhance operational efficiency. The UCD approach is used to design the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) of the website, as this approach directly involves users to ensure the design meets their needs. This research produced prototypes ranging from low-fidelity to high-fidelity. Testing with the System Usability Scale (SUS) in this study yielded an average score of 72.5, categorizing it as excellent. Additionally, A/B testing using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) tool showed the website design was 30% superior compared to other websites.
