Abstract

The purpose of designing and building the online sales information system for the Malang computer flobamora store is to facilitate sales transactions at the Malang computer flobamora store so that it can be known by the wider community and expand the reach of marketing and sales reporting in real-time using the website. This system is expected to improve operations and make it easier for customers to shop online. The method for designing this promotional media is carried out by observation. The results of interviews with store owners and several customers show that this online sales information system is very effective in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Thus, the implementation of this online sales information system has succeeded in achieving its goals and providing significant benefits for the Flobamora Computer Malang store
