Abstract
Taxpayers have been legalized for business actors, and those who alreadyhave an tax ID number. Using the e-Faktur application must be used since it wasissued on July 1, 2014 for certain taxable employers. The system used by thisapplication is E-TAX or electronic tax. For taxable entrepreneurs who already havean tax ID number, it is obligatory for them to report personal and corporate taxes.Such as the use of several features that have been issued by the DirectorateGeneral of Taxation. Such as, e-filling, e-billing, e-forms and so on. With thissystem. Will make it easier in the service of the tax itself. Therefore, there is notneed to go tax service office report that tax payment, because this system has madeit easier.Likewise, its may view of research using the Technology Acceptance Model.lts may view of perspective of ease as well as usefulness. In terms of time and spaceefficiency. Even so, it’s not uncommon for this system to experience problems inoperation. It could be from user negligence or from the system. Here, researchersuse an approach through observation and interviews.
