Abstract

The form of service to customers is precise, fast and efficient is the main thing that needs to be considered by every entrepreneur, one of which is services that are able to provide real-time responses. Comparing the performance of Vermak R'Jeans in managing messages from customers using the WhatsApp Chatbot using the NLP (Natural Language Processing) method compared to ordinary Whatsapp in terms of time and number of customers. With this application, customers can chat about Vermak R'Jeans information and no longer need to wait for a chat reply from the admin because with a WhatsApp message bot, they will be responded to in a responsive and accurate manner
