Abstract

Current technological developments force service providers to adopt advanced technology in order to compete and remain relevant. Specifically shoe laundry, more and more shoe laundry in Indonesia, especially in the city of Malang. This business can be said as a promising business. With the rise of business in this field, shoe washing service entrepreneurs must rack their brains to provide quality
service. Shoe washing ordering services at Majapahit shoes bag treatment still use via WhatsApp chat and only come directly to the store and there is no computerized system. To take advantage of technological developments, especially in digital facilities, an application-based User Experience and User Interface design will be made using the design thinking method and for testing the results using the system usability scale method. The test results on the Majapahit shoes bag treatment application design got a score of 81.8. With percentile ranks of 90% and included in class A in letter grades. acceptability ranges "Acceptable" and range "High". and on the adjective ratings “Excellent”. These results indicate that the Majapahit Shoes Bag Treatment Application can be accepted by users and exceeds the standard usability average value that has been set
