Abstract

CV. Career Network is a startup company engaged in online learning. This company has dozens of interns who collaborate to run the company. As a form of appreciation, the company determines the best intern for each evaluation period. The manual evaluation method used currently has the potential for manipulation and human errors. The author develops a website-based ranking application using the Laravel framework that can be used to determine the best intern candidates for each evaluation period. In this research, the Simple Additive Weighting method is used as the algorithm for determining the best employees, which is considered simple but has good accuracy. The testing of this website-based ranking application uses one type of User Acceptance Test, namely Blackbox. Based on the results of the Blackbox testing and manual calculating method, the application can run well and perform calculations with precision.
