Abstract

Malang is an area located in the province of East Java which is the second largest city after Surabaya, with a population of 843,810 people in 2020 according to the Malang City Statistics Agency. With this large population, thelocal government has carried out a lot of urban development and development.One of the on going developments is the construction of the Malang Creative Center (MCC). In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 75 of 2015 and Regional Regulation of the City of Malang Number 4 of 2011 the construction of a new area which is estimated to have an impact on traffic around the area inaccordance with the established criteria, is required to conduct a traffic impactanalysis (andalin) .
This research takes the study area in the area around the Malang CreativeCenter (MCC) Malang city. Based on the results of the Malang Creative Center(MCC) Pull Generation Analysis, it is found that the estimated towing movement caused as a result of the operation of the Malang Creative Center (MCC) Malang City is for motorcycles of 17 vehicles/hour or 6.8 pcu/hour and for cars of 6 vehicles/hour or 6.0 smp/hour. The estimated movement generation caused by the operation of the Malang Creative Center (MCC) in Malang City is for motorcycles at 299 vehicles/hour or 199.6 pcu/hour and for cars at 21 vehicles/hour or 21.0 pcu/hour.
