Abstract

The main goal of the company is to maximize profits in order to running company’s operations. It requires a good management so that the project can achieve the planned targets. The accuracy of cost, time and quality is very influential on the success of a project. Among the factors that really need to be considered in a project are the cost and time factors. In connection with these problems, the authors are interested in conducting research on the company.
The method used to measure cost and time performance in this study is the Earned Value method. The object of this research was carried out on the Boiler Warehouse & Machinery Development project located at PT Elang Perdana Tyre Industry Jl. Eagle, Sukahati Village, Kec. Citeureup, Kab. Bogor. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of CV, SV, CPI, SPI, ETC, EAC and to determine the estimated cost and time of the total project work as well as to determine the advantages or disadvantages of the project. This study uses data from the 1st week to the 20th week with a total work duration of 24 weeks.
Based on the results of the analysis carried out using the earned value method for the 1st week to 20th week period, the CV value was not found to be negative (-). Then the SV value has a negative value (-) in the 19th week to the 20th week period. For the CPI value, there was no value less than one (<1) and the SPI value was less than one (<1) in the 19th week to the 20th week. For the estimated total cost of Rp. 4,724,455,628 and the estimated work time is 22 weeks. With a profit of Rp 1,125,544,372.
