Abstract

While the population in this study was all cooperative management in Malang City who had participated in cooperative training, and the sample was taken using conditional Simple Random Sampling with a total of 173 respondents. Data were collected using the questionnaire method with a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool from the AMOS 23 statistical software package in the model and hypothesis testing. The analysis was carried out using two kinds of techniques, namely: Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Regression Weight. The results showed that training, communication, and the non-physical work environment had a direct effect on the performance of cooperative management in Malang City and had an indirect effect through competence.
