Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of illustrating how system quality and information quality influence net benefits through user satisfaction of the basic education data information system (DAPODIK) in all junior high schools in Manggarai Regency. The sampling method used was the census method, where all operators working in junior high schools throughout Manggarai Regency, totaling 81 people, became the population that was the research subject. Therefore, all 81 operators were taken as samples in this study. Research data was collected through the use of questionnaires or surveys distributed via Google Form and shared via WhatsApp using a Likert scale. To test the hypothesis in this research, the path analysis method was used. The data processing was carried out using SPSS version 26 software. Based on the path analysis in this research, five hypotheses were found that had a positive and significant impact. These hypotheses are the positive influence between system quality on user satisfaction, between user satisfaction on net benefits, between system quality on net benefits, between information quality on net benefits, and between system quality on net benefits delivered through the mediating role of user satisfaction. . Meanwhile, the hypotheses that did not receive support in this research were the influence of information quality on user satisfaction, and the influence of information quality on net benefits with user satisfaction as an intermediary.
