Abstract

In order to improve the quality of human resources, guidance is needed to have attitudes and behaviors that are based on dedication, honesty, responsibility, and authority to be able to provide services in accordance with the demands of community development. This research aims to (1) To describe the variables of morale, discipline and professionalism, and the performance of members of the police in the Polres Mojokerto environment, (2) To analyze the influence of morale, discipline and professionalism, on the performance of members of the police in the Polres Mojokerto environment, and (3) To analyze between the variables of morale, discipline and professionalism which has the dominant influence on the performance of police officers in the Mojokerto Police Environment. This study used a sample of 109 police officers in the Mojokerto Police. In this study the data analysis technique used is descriptive and multiple linear regression.The results of the study show that (1) the description of the morale variable (X1) indicates that members agree that there is an increase in enthusiasm at work through enthusiasm, activeness, initiative, and loyalty at the Mojokerto Polres. The description of the discipline variable (X2) shows that members agree that members are disciplined at work through obeying time rules, obeying agency rules, obeying
rules of conduct at work, and obeying other regulations. The description of the professionalism variable (X3) shows that members agree that professionalism will increase through creativity, innovation, and responsiveness at the Mojokerto Polres. The description of member performance variables (Y) shows that members agree on performance planning, performance monitoring, implementation of performance
appraisals, and performance evaluations, (2) Based on the results of the F test, the variables of morale (X1), discipline (X2), and professionalism ( X3) simultaneously affects the performance of members in the Mojokerto Polres Police Environment, (3) Based on the results of the t test it is found that 1) the work spirit variable (X1) has a significant effect on member performance, 2) the Discipline variable (X2) has a
significant effect on member performance , and 3) the variable of professionalism (X3) which has a significant effect on the performance of members, (4) the variable Discipline variable has the strongest influence compared to the other variables, the
Discipline variable has the dominant influence on member performance.
