Abstract
The use of mobile banking services on cellular phones allows for customers to carry out their banking activities more easily without space and limits. This study aims to examine the effect of Brimo application service quality on customer satisfaction. The object of this research is the z generation in Malang City. This research uses primary data from a questionnaires distributed online and gets 56 respondents, so this research is categorized as quantitative research. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using IBS SPSS Statistics 26 software. The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
