Abstract
An organization is a group of people who come together to work together in a structured way to achieve a common goal. To achieve the goals that have been set easily, it is necessary to have employees. Employees are a very important aspect. Employees are people who perform performance to achieve certain goals and get rewarded for the services they have done. Employees are also one of the aspects needed in an organization, agency or entrepreneur for auxiliary staff in achieving goals. Because every organization, agency and so on will not run easily without the help of employee performance.
So with this research, it aims to describe the Efforts to Improve Employee Performance to determine the existence of indicators that influence the improvement of employee performance services to the community. In this study, the problems raised are as to influence employees to further improve performance and produce the best service for the community as the main task of Civil Servants.
This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The research focus comes from the sources studied and from the data obtained. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observation, and documentation. The techniques used in analyzing the data are data collection or data collection, condentation or condensation, data display or data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The location taken by the researcher is the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Malang City at the Integrated Office Building A, Jl. Major General Sungkono, Arjowinangun, Kedungkandang, Malang City, East Java. The reason for the researchers in taking the location is because the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Malang City as a public service provider which is categorized as very good is evidenced by the award certificates that have been received. The results of the study show that Efforts to Improve Employee Performance have been going well, but there are a few obstacles that need to be improved strategically or technically in cooperative efforts.
