Abstract

Poverty until now is still a complex problem, and experiences change in number increase and decrease unstable every year. The cause of poverty is due to the limited human resources that exist today, either through formal or informal education. Formulating and regulating social policies through programs poverty alleviation to alleviate social problems, is an effort conducted by the government Indonesia. Various kinds of programs poverty alleviation are currently underway in Indonesia, one of which is the Program Keluarga Harapan which is a program providing assistance social regulated in the Regulations Minister of Social Affairs Number 1 In 2018. Programs this includes programs assistance conditional to family poor, registered in the data integrated program handling the poor. The aid data processed by Center Data and Information Welfare Social, and designated as Family Beneficiary. The program Family Hope that it is expected to contribute significantly in reducing the number the population the poor, reducing the gaps and at the same time increasing the Development Index Human (HDI).
This research has the aim of being able to understand and analyze the management Program Family Hope in Tanjungrejo sub-district, and find out supporting factors and inhibiting management Family Hope Program in Tanjungrejo sub-district. In this research it also has usefulness as theoretical and practical benefits. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research through a descriptive analysis approach. The data obtained based on the results of the interviews the resource persons came from the facilitators PKH, Coordinator UPPKH City, Families Beneficiaries, Tanjungrejo Village Health Center, and community leaders. This research is a purposive sampling technique.
Researchers collect data by using several techniques, among others such as interviews, observations, and documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used in this research uses the flow component of qualitative data analysis. The location of the research chosen by the researcher is located in Tanjungrejo Village, Sukun District, Malang City.
The results of this study explain and describe the governance of the Family Hope Program in Tanjungrejo Village which starts from the planning, organization, staffing, direction, coordination, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and budgeting. From several points of view, this will be seen from the process flow and its objectives, is it sufficient to meet and in accordance with the management of the Family program The expectations contained in the Regulation Minister of Social Affairs Number 1 of 2018.
