Abstract

Internal communication plays a big role for employees, both as superiors and subordinates in carrying out any work where the assignment and authority and responsibility for the work itself are given. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of Internal Communication on Work Motivation of employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia 46 (Persero), Tbk
Branch Office of Brawijaya University Malang.The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of internal
communication on work motivation of permanent employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Brawijaya University Branch Office. The benefit that can be taken from this research is that this research can provide more knowledge about the scope of human resource management, especially regarding internal communication and work motivation and it is hoped that this research can
become a reference or study material for future researchers, especially those related to sources human power.
The research method used in the research which is located at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Universitas Brawijaya Branch Office is a quantitative research, where the purpose of quantitative research is to determine the relationship between variables in a population using a sample of 63 respondents using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. And tested using validity and reliability tests. using SPSS to analyze descriptive data and simple linear
regression.
The results of the research that have been obtained are that internal communication has a significant positive effect on motivation of permanent employees of PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk. Brawijaya Malang Sub-Branch Office. And based on the data output, the R number or the regression coefficient in the
summary model table shows that it is 0.106 with a positive value, this indicates that the internal communication variables have a positive influence on the motivation variable of the employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero),
Tbk. Brawijaya University Malang Branch Office.
